The online store realdog.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is managed and maintained by UAB "Žalioji banga" (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"). These terms and conditions govern the purchase and sale relationship between the client (natural person) purchasing goods in the Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the Seller. By purchasing goods in the Store, the Buyer agrees to the following purchase and sale rules and conditions. If the customer is a legal entity, such a customer must contact the Seller and agree on the purchase and sale terms in a separate agreement; the rights and obligations provided for exclusively by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania for natural persons do not apply to such a buyer.
Delivery terms
The Seller will deliver the goods purchased in the store by the Buyer's chosen delivery method throughout Lithuania. Available delivery methods are indicated to the Buyer during the order formation. Before delivery, the courier informs the Buyer by phone or SMS about the planned delivery time.
If the Buyer provides incorrect delivery data (recipient's name, surname, address, postal code, contact phone number), the delivery term and price of the order may change. If the delivery data changes, the Buyer must inform the Seller as soon as possible by e-mail info@zaliojibanga.lt or by customer service phone number +37061215557.
Ordered goods are delivered only to the address specified in the order. If the delivery address is changed during the delivery of the goods, the goods will not be delivered. All losses due to the fact that the goods were not delivered due to an incorrectly specified or changed address, an incorrect phone number or other misleading information about the recipient of the goods, are compensated by the Buyer.
The delivery price of the order is determined for each order separately, the delivery costs are covered by the Buyer. The Seller determines the delivery price at its discretion, and may apply promotions and discounts for delivery, including free delivery for orders whose amount exceeds the minimum order amount set in the Store.
Delivery time:
Mon-Fri 08:00 - 18:00 throughout Lithuania.
Couriers deliver the goods according to a pre-determined route, therefore the Buyer does not have the opportunity to choose the exact delivery time, except in cases where the delivery company provides such an opportunity.
If the Buyer orders more than one item, they may be delivered at different times, as they will be shipped from different warehouses. No additional transportation fee is applied for this.
When collecting the goods from the courier or driver, the Buyer has the right to assess the condition of the shipment and refuse to accept the goods or sign the shipment acceptance documents. Upon acceptance of the goods, the Buyer waives the right to claim for damaged or defective goods and their packaging during delivery.
Delivery of goods is a service, this service is considered provided at the time the order is confirmed by the Seller and the ordered goods are delivered to the Buyer.
Terms of return of goods
In the event that the reason for the return of the goods is inadequate quality, we undertake to optionally replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of adequate quality at our own expense or to refund the money paid for the goods and delivery service.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded online without giving a reason (to return a good-quality and undamaged good) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (Article 6.228 (10) of the Civil Code), except for the exceptions provided for in paragraph 2 of this Article. The money paid for the goods or the services not provided shall be returned to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of the Buyer's notification of withdrawal from the contract, however, the Seller may not return the money until the goods are received. The Buyer must pay the return costs at his own expense or deliver the goods to the Seller himself.

Legal guarantee applicable to goods
Having purchased non-food goods, the Buyer has the right to submit a claim for defects in the goods for 2 years from the date of sale of the goods. The Buyer may submit claims for defects in an item for which a shelf life has been established if they were established within the shelf life of the item.
The Buyer's right to use the out-of-court procedure for complaints and compensation for damages
When resolving other disputes between the Seller and the Buyer (Article 6.2287, Part 1, Clause 16 of the Civil Code).
